The gastronomic offer of Osadía is innovative in style: a fusion of Mediterranean and Argentinean cuisine that combines international techniques learned by our chef in his various trips, with regional products that highlight the local culture and costumes. The secret in making delicious dishes lays on applying diverse culinary techniques, love for the raw material and respect for nature.
The new menu stands out for its daring creativity -such as the restaurant’s name already states- which is product of the imagination of José Cacciavillani, the leader of Osadia’s gastronomic team. Dishes as “Mendoza’s 90’s classic, Osadia version 2.0”, “Typical Argentinean puchero re-mastered by Joe” or the dessert “Cuyo’s trio” invite us to rediscover local gastronomy from a new perspective.
Osadia’s classic could not miss the party! In this edition, the famous “Osadia steak” comes along with a classic ratatouille and mushrooms caviar. Definitely a must-try!
The restaurant experience is completed with Susana Balbo’s incomparable wines, a terrific view to the Andes mountain range, and an excellent service. Besides, there’s a special Kid’s Menu exclusively thought and offered for the little ones.
Osadía opens its doors from Monday to Sunday, from 12.30 until 15.30 hs. To make your reservation, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org
